The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5811/1G is everything we love about the legendary Nautilus—just refined, updated, and subtly elevated. At first glance, it’s classic Nautilus through and through, but look a little closer, and you’ll see this isn’t just a reissue of the iconic 5711—it’s an evolution.  

Now in 18k white gold, the 41mm case brings a slight upsize while maintaining the perfect proportions that make the Nautilus such an icon. The sleek, brushed surfaces and polished edges catch the light beautifully, reinforcing that sporty-yet-luxurious feel. And for those who appreciate the details, Patek has brought back the two-part case construction, a nod to the original 3700 that purists will love.  

Then there’s the dial—a rich, gradient blue that darkens toward the edges, giving it an incredible depth. The horizontal embossing, crisp white gold markers, and just the right touch of lume make it instantly recognisable, yet fresh. It’s clean, balanced, and exactly what you want from a modern Nautilus.  

Inside, the self-winding Caliber 26-330 S C keeps things running with a 45-hour power reserve and all the high-end finishing you expect from Patek, visible through the sapphire caseback. Originally supplied in 2022, our 5811/1G is presented in unworn condition, with no signs of wear and polishing. The watch comes as a complete set with the Patek paperwork, wallet, booklets and original Patek box.
