The Rolex submariner 126610LN , launched in 2020 in 41mm for the first time and it was controversial, the sub had always been 40mm and a departure from that had the purists tearing their hair out , in reality a single millimetre is completely negligible when you are re-proportioning a watch design. Even more importantly, the Sub didn’t actually grow by a full millimetre at all.
